Angela Carter works with riders ranging in skill level from beginner to advanced. Angela can help riders get started in dressage, progress to the next level, or be the best you can be with your horse. She can train Twin Oak borders or
haul-ins using our indoor or outdoor
well-manicured arenas.

MEET ANGELA CARTER
USDF SILVER MEDALIST
Angela Carter is a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist. She continues to pursue her Gold Medal with her “Romeo,” a non-traditional, dressage horse. Romeo is a Percheron Halflinger cross who had a background in trail riding and Civil War Reenactments when Angela found him at the age of 4. Angela recognized the work ethic and
potential in Romeo and has developed his dressage technique over the past several years.
Angela understands the hard work, commitment, and dedication it takes to advance and be successful with your horse. You can depend on Angela and Twin Oak Equestrian to help you succeed.

DRESSAGE EXPLAINED
Dressage is a French term that means "training". Its goal is to develop the horse's natural ability and willingness while being supple and attentive to the rider. Therefore this type of training is great for all disciplines (hunters, jumpers, western). It teaches the rider a balanced seat, correct rider position and improved communication
with the horse.
